Tailored courses and scholarships on the 5 ESCP campuses for Ukrainian students and young professionals
ESCP Business School intervenes for Ukrainian students through two mechanisms:
1. The ESCP4U (ESCP for Ukraine) program offers tailor-made courses on its European campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw for Ukrainian refugees.
ESCP4U's mission is to provide Ukrainian students and young professionals with the ability to further develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of new cultures.
This program through all campuses of the school supports and trains about 300 refugees (50 per campus). The refugees will be trained in management, culture and European languages by ESCP professors, and will be coached by professors, alumni and student volunteers.
The goal is to prepare students to continue their studies, while professionals will be coached to enter professional life or even create their own business in their host country.
The recruitment of students and participants will be carried out in collaboration with the UNHCR and the prefectures, town halls and authorities of the respective countries where ESCP is located. These projects are co-financed by ESCP's own funds and by the ESCP Foundation.
2. ESCP sets up special scholarships to enable Ukrainian students to join its Grande Ecole Program, MSc or Bachelor's degree. 10 scholarships have already been granted, for a total amount of 200 000 €.
The ESCP Foundation intends to participate in order to increase the number of grants offered to Ukrainian refugees.
